If there is one thing about Cape Town, you will never run out of a new restaurant or café to try. Every time I visit the scenic city, I always try to visit one place I haven’t before and on my last trip I took a little coffee break from work, and headed to The Archive Coffee Shop, located on Clare Street in Gardens, Cape Town.
I found this cute little café through my personal Cape Town “travel agent” – my aunt, who always knows how to find the most beautiful hidden gems.
The Archive Coffee Shop is a little café situated in the same building as The Archive Automotive – an automotive store which specialises in detailing, storage, upgrades and brokerage. The café area allows visitors to enjoy their coffee while looking at the view of luxury cars – a car enthusiasts dream!

This is also an ideal spot to get some work done or wind down and read a book . The café itself is quite reasonably priced with hot drinks from around R30, which is almost half the price of other coffee shops such as Starbucks, Seattle and more.
Unrelated, but take a look at five tips to visiting Dubai on a budget.

Thank you for this! So beautifully written, keep it up 👏🏽
Thank you!
